NP1 Solutions: Overview

Here at Hawk-Woods we have a wide range of NP1 equipment ideal for broadcast sound recordist and camera operators alike. Our batteries, chargers, power adaptors and distribution boxes, all offer an effective quality alternative.

Our series of NP1 batteries are available in both Lithium-Ion and Ni-Cad chemistries. As well as being compatible with a range of cameras, they provide sound recordists with an ideal portable power-source. These lightweight batteries will work with our full range of NP1 power adaptors.

MR chargers offer multi-chemistry charging, making them compatible with Ni-Cad, Ni-Mh and Li-Ion NP1 batteries. They are both mains and in-car compatible and also feature a 13.8V 60W PSU power supply function. The SL-1 is a single channel Lithium-Ion only quick charger.

The NP1 adaptor series provide convenient power distribution. NPA adaptors offer a simple option for powering mixers etc. by providing nominal voltage via a single flying lead. NPB/C adaptors provide further options by giving more outputs in the form of switched Hirose connectors. For the sound recordist requiring a regulated power output the NPR series offers the solution.

The Audio Power Distibution boxes provide a massive amount of portable power. With both XLR and SQN outputs, power distribution is available from either NP1 or mains power sources.
